Ken has been playing drums for more than 30 years (and is having a panic attack when writing this). He studied (and still studies) with Martin Bradfield, a student of Philly Joe Jones, and has played in a wide variety of styles, from blues, to jazz and funk, to progressive rock.
Ken is continually seeking the "perfect ride cymbal," having found a beat up one sitting on a stand at Martin's studio this year, he wouldn't walk out without it. Then again, he obsesses about quite a lot.
When Ken isn’t busy with his wife, four kids, two dogs and photography hobby, he finds time to play with Equinox. He writes about technology, photography and music on his website, www.rimple.com.
